Course Summary

This two-day course provides a comprehensive understanding of the principles related to immediate tooth replacement by dental implant. This course will focus on how to place implants correctly in the most aesthetically challenging areas for proper angulations with adequate amount of soft tissue contour. It is designed specifically for the dentist who wishes to achieve a high level of competence in immediate implant treatment in aesthetic zone. Placing implants in the anterior aesthetic zone of all patients is the most challenging and difficult. The course involves a combination of lectures, live surgeries demonstrations and hands-on workshops. After completing this course you will be able to select the right types of cases to treatment plan and to perform immediate temporization over implants with the aim to preserve soft tissue. You will learn atraumatic extraction technique and implant placement. You will also learn essential aspects about incision designs, reflection, and management of flaps. In addition, several different suture techniques will be presented to fit each particular implant case.  The course is approved by Lithuanian Dental Chamber. CE Credit – 16 hours.
